Would it be too much trouble to do a test with one of ratscape's posters? I really love them and they have a special quality and look that seems to be unique to this compaign.
JMHO. Perhaps ratscape would even design one specically for the mosiac? ![]() |

Perhaps this could get a mention on the front page?

I'll try a ratscape picture next. I'll have to get permission to use it for the final, but hopefully that won't be a problem (and making one specifically for this project would be cool, and I am looking for a nice group shot.)
You can make a mosaic using only one picture, repeated however many times. But since the point of this project is to show our numbers, the less we have to repeat images, the better. Every new picture means one less repetition, so send them in! I've actually been so busy lately that I haven't even put together the type treatment yet. I'm hoping to get to it before the end of the week, but if some of the other creative people want to use on of the samples to take a crack at it, feel free. I'd like them to say "I Am Still Here." at the top and "I Am Farscape." at the bottom. Or maybe the other way around. I don't know. I've got a lot of work cut out for me! This is what I get for having ideas. |

We should definitely send a copy of the poster to CNN. Maybe it would help them decide to follow up on the story from last year!
how much do you think will cost to print one, good quality, large poster? |

Can I send an image file in, or does it have to be a photo?

Posters is expensive

If printing out posters for academic and industrial symposia are any guide, we are talking a couple hundred for a really good size one. If somebody has a better source (even mail order or internet), please clue me in! |

Depending on the timing and file format, I might be able to get a print 24"x36" for $25

Honest... I ran out of gas. I, I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts. IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD. What do you think of when I say Ricky Ricardo and Cuban Cigars? Oh... Tapioca! Colin, while wearing a cat-hair toupee, diaper and T-Rex dinosaur costume, drank too much vinegar, bathed in green tea, and fell into a septic tank, while in Jamooca, at Toodullooses's Crystal House and Chicken Farm, leaving behind a toga and miner's helmet. A jester unemployed, is nobody's fool! I want everything I've ever seen in the movies! |
